Meet and Greet MMS & HP Candidates

The Milford School District will be hosting two "Meet the Candidate" events on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the following times:

Heron Pond Elementary School - 5:30-6:15 pm in the Heron Pond School Library

Milford Middle School - 6:30-7:15 pm in the Milford Middle School Library

The Milford School District will be hosting two "Meet the Candidate" events on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at the following times:

Milford Middle School - 6:30-7:15 pm in the Milford Middle School Library

Each candidate will have an opportunity to introduce themselves, share their background in educational leadership, and speak to why they are the right fit for the Principalship. After that, guests will have an opportunity to ask questions. If time permits, we will ask questions that have been shared ahead of time via a Google Form (HERE).

A single ZOOM link (HERE) may be used if you are unable to attend in-person. This is a recorded webinar format and will be posted to the District website by the end of the week.

At the end of the evening, we encourage all stakeholders to complete the FEEDBACK form (HERE). We will be soliciting feedback from students, faculty, and staff following the candidates' daytime visit as well. We will be using your feedback to determine next steps in the hiring process.

Meet Our Candidates:

Heron Pond - Ms. Theodora (“Theo”) Tufts

Ms. Tufts brings five years and counting as an administrator in public education and is the finalist for the Heron Pond Elementary School Principal position. Starting her career as a Special Education Teacher in a high school setting, Ms. Tufts quickly emerged as a leader and assumed an Assistant Principal role, at the secondary level, in the Hudson School District and moved to Nashua, as a current Assistant Principal in an elementary setting.

MMS - Mr. Jerry Gregoire

Mr. Gregoire, a school-level administrator for over 20 years, is the finalist for the Milford Middle School Principal position. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Rochester School District, Mr. Gregoire formerly served as Superintendent of Schools in the Wakefield School District and as a Principal in multiple districts, statewide.
