Public Notice of Destruction of Special Education Records

The Milford School District Student Support Services will destroy records that have been collected, maintained and/or used in providing special education services for students receiving special education services and born prior to December 31, 1999.

 

The activity is in compliance with federal, state, and local policies. The destruction of data policy provides that records may be destroyed when they are no longer needed for educational purposes.

 

The destruction policy applies to students who received special education services and were born prior to December 31, 1999.

 

To request records, please contact the Milford Office of Student Services at 603-673-6709 prior to May 15, 2026.

Records will be provided only to former students 18 years of age or older, or to a legal guardian(s) of said student. Record release requires photo identification.
